I was recently introduced by the music of electronic-artist SBTRKT by a friend. When listening to his debut self-titled album, I loved the fusion of dance conventions alongside the tribal instruments SBTRKT uses in the album to create, signify and develop his sound. To me, this evoked imagery of wildlife, of the Savannah and the natural world I rarely experience, living in a city myself. In this visual, I pay tribute to this imagery with three graphic designs, incorporating imagery from the album and some wider imagery from which the album's sound is based on.
