Last week, I reviewed Hellblade: Senua's Sacrafice. One of my favourite games released in 2017, and one of my favourites of all time. Whilst playing it, I discovered that the game it's own photo mode - letting you re-position the game's camera, add filters and distort images in all kinds of interesting ways.

While Hellblade covers a variety of themes, the most prominent of these is grief and, more specifically, how it impacts life. With Hellblade's photo mode I didn't just want to capture the game's breathtaking landscapes or Senua's moments of heroism, but also the sombre moments that reflect the game's main themes. Using the photo mode and its variety of different in-game camera techniques, filters and effects I took a lot of photos to reflect the centric theme of grief. In the slideshow below, you can see my favourite ones.
